Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are dispatched three times per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

  • Orders placed after 15:30 (UK time) will be shipped on the next scheduled dispatch day.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Services

United Kingdom (Royal Mail Express):

  • All UK orders are shipped via Express Delivery only.

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days.

Europe (DHL Express):

  • Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.

United States (Royal Mail International Tracked – DDP):

  • Orders are shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP), meaning all duties and taxes are prepaid.

  • No additional customs fees will be charged upon delivery.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days.

Canada (Royal Mail International Tracked):

  • Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days.

Rest of the World (Royal Mail International Tracked):

  • Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days.

  • Import duties, customs fees, and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or local postal services.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

  • Free shipping promotions will be advertised clearly on our website when available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • USA Orders: Duties and taxes are prepaid (DDP). No extra charges on delivery.

  • Canada & Rest of the World: Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their local authorities.

Delivery Delays & Liability

  • Customs inspections or clearance
